Yale fund leaders get new resource

New Haven – The Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management announced Monday it has joined with the Mutual Fund Directors Forum to provide a new resource for independent mutual fund leaders.

The partners will launch the Conference of Fund Leaders in the fall. The conference is intended to connect leaders of mutual fund boards with their peers to discuss views on policy matters that affect mutual fund investors.

The conference will be administered by Yale’s Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance, which originated the project, and the Mutual Fund Directors Forum, which represents independent fund directors nationwide.
