Health organization names executive director - The Taconic Health Information Network and Community Regional Health Information Organization announced Susan Stuard joined as executive director this month.
Stuard was director for technology policy development at the New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Chamber announces Athena award honorees - The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce recently announced the honorees for the 2008 Dutchess County Athena Award: Renee Bulla of Momentum Advertising & Design, Sandra Cassese of Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Arlene Chiaramonte of the Dutchess County Chapter of the American Red Cross, Brian Giorgis of Marist College, Sabrina Marzouka of the Dutchess County Health Department, Hilda Merolli of Saint Francis Hospital and Health Centers, Patricia Prunty of Dutchess Community College, Lori Traboldt of Courtyard by Marriott, Mary Kay Vrba of Dutchess County Tourism and Carole Wolf of Mill Street Loft.
The recipient of the award will be announced Dec. 7 at the third annual brunch at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie and will be flown to Chicago for the annual conference as the representative of Dutchess in April.
Dutchess native wins award at Yale - Kaplan EduNeering, a leading provider of compliance and knowledge management solutions, announced Joel A. Rogers, a graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School and native of Dutchess County, has been named a "Millstein Rising Star of Corporate Governance."
