Advisory Board
The inaugural meeting of the Center for Corporate Governance and Performance Advisory Board was held on June 12, 2006 immediately prior to the first annual Yale Governance Forum.

The Advisory Board discussed the organization and activities of the Center, including an overview of planned activities, research partnerships, future conferences, publications and fellowship programs.
